The Basic Service includes the core services of bookkeeping which are maintaining monthly transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank and credit card reconciliation. While also keeping accurate totals on the balance sheet and all other reports so financial records are current and accurate for review and tax purposes. This option is good for small businesses that don’t need a lot of upkeep and have a small amount of accounting transactions monthly. You can choose this option to start but as your business grows and transactions increase you may be advised to utilize the Advanced Service.

The Intermediate Service has all the same core options as the Basic Service but also includes monthly and quarterly review and adjustments, advanced reconciliation, custom financial reports and periodic strategy reviews with the client. There would be much more attention to business operations due to the business having more monthly transactions and the number of services or products that are offered to their customers. The Intermediate Service is for businesses who have a lot of transactions monthly or would like more attention to detail to help them make sound financial decisions for their business.

The Clean Up Service is just that - a one time get your records in order and financial statements up to speed so you know the health of your business. Once the clean up is done it is recommended that you use our Basic Service to maintain your financial records. The accuracy of your financial health is important when running a business. And maintaining it on a monthly basis is key to understanding how to adjust your business to increase your profits.
